Reilly McCobb - Clinical Therapist

Sees individuals (Children, adolescence, young adults, and adults)

Reilly is a mental health counselor who holds Master’s degrees in Counseling from Lesley University and Education from Merrimack College. Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of clients with diverse emotional needs. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, interpersonal relationships, grief, and life transitions.

Reilly takes a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy and believes in the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship and a collaborative approach.  Clients who work with Reilly feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Reilly incorporates mindfulness practices to help clients build greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance in their daily lives. She believes each client is the expert of their own story and works alongside them to foster insight, confidence, and lasting change.

Clients often describe Reilly as warm, insightful, and easy to connect with. Outside of her work as a therapist, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places — with Australia, London, and Ireland among her favorites. When she’s not working or planning her next adventure, Reilly loves spending time with her golden retriever, Cisco, getting lost in a good book, and laughing with family and friends.
