Kelly Crook - Licensed Therapist

Sees individuals and families (children, adolescents, and young adults)

Kelly Crook is a Licensed Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal and family conflict, school stress, and life transitions. She earned her bachelor's degree from James Madison University and her Master of Social Work from Regis College.

Kelly believes therapy should feel like a place clients enjoy. She brings warmth, authenticity, and humor to every session, creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are. Her approach is holistic and person-centered, blending Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based tools.

Kelly sees her clients as the experts on their own lives. Together, they identify what matters most and take meaningful, manageable steps toward aligning their lives with those values.

Outside the office, you can find Kelly at the beach with friends and family or listening to country music or true crime podcasts.
