Initiating therapy is a great step on the road to self improvement and can be a life changing process when it's with the right clinician. Our teams approach to therapy is above all empowerment. We want the client to feel like the therapy process and the achievement they experience is their own and they have the full potential within themselves to succeed and be happy. All our therapists work hard to have the client be heard, understood and never feel judged. A major part of our treatment is positive psychology- where goals are being accomplished but people learn to see good within themselves and the world around them, building on their strengths and having skills and insight to take with them. We enjoy using humor when appropriate and a comfortable conversational style. Our director will match you with the right clinician to best meet your needs.
